Hungary x Male!Reader - never again

Tears rolled down her cheeks as she pushed her way past the crowd. She ran to the hospital, not caring if people were throwing her glares or weird looks. Why she was running? A phone call.

"Liz!" the sound of (b/f's name) frantic voice was heard. "__________'s in the hospital!"

"(b/f's name)!!" The brunette stopped in front of her, panting. "H-How.. is he...?"

"We... we d-don't know," (b/f's name) gulped, holding back tears. "T-They told me i-it was a h-hi-" her sentence was cut short by a doctor coming out of the operation room.

"D-doctor!" Elizabetha grabbed his arm, looking him in the eye even though the male was taller. "W-What's his c-condition?" A sigh escaped the male's lips and he turned to her with a sympathetic smile.

"He's okay. Though he won't be awake for a few days. You can go see him but please be quiet," with that the middle-aged man walked off.

Walking into the white room, the (h/c) mop of hair stood out against the whites. The Hungarian girl sat down next to the bed, her hands wiping away at the tears that escaped her eyes. She hadn't cried this hard since Roderich dumped her. Her heart ache and her eyes were red from crying. She look over at ________. He looked so fragile yet.. so.. at peace..

It was the third day. __________ still hasn't woken up. His injuries had healed by now, except for the broken arm. Elizabetha played with a lock of his (h/c) hair. It was weird. Three days without talking to him. Even when she went to visit her twin brother,Daniel, who stayed at their granpa's house, he would at least send a text or call each day. In the course of three days, Elizabetha realized how much she needed him. Not only because he kept the silences away, but he was always there for her. Even when she dated Roderich.

Elizabetha was snapped out of her reverie by a groan.

"___-_______!" Green orbs met (e/c). His eyes were a little hazy and they looked a little void. He sat up carefully, with the help of Elizabetha, groaning now and then.

"H-how do you feel? Are you okay? Do yo-"

"Do I know you?" her heart stopped. His face was blank and his eyes didn't hold that certain spark in them.

'D-Did he.. forget about me?' Elizabetha thought dreadfully. "__-___! I-It's me! Elizabetha!"

"Who's ____?"
